Our building provides a unique environment for meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, focus groups, strategic planning, team building sessions, and special events. We have a variety of great spaces for rent.

General Information

Regular hours of operation are 9am-10pm, seven days a week. These hours may be extended to accommodate special events: additional charges apply.

  • The building is wheelchair accessible except for the Jandali and Kraul & Strate studios on Level 4.
  • Public Wi-Fi is available.
  • Excellent public transit links nearby, and paid parking lots and metered street parking in the vicinity. Please note there is no on-site parking.
  • We reserve the right to turn down a request if it appears unsuitable for our venue. Renters who make a booking for one type of event, and subsequently advertise it as another without informing The Dance Centre, will have their booking cancelled.
  • Liability Insurance (with liquor liability if appropriate) is a requirement of renting the facility.
  • Rates starting at $50/hour
