Published by The Dance Centre every two years, the BC Dance Directory is a valuable reference guide to BC's dance scene. It lists artists, companies, schools, cultural groups, support organizations and suppliers around British Columbia.
The 2008-2010 edition is now available. Copies are available from The Dance Centre's office, at a cost of $5 for Dance Centre members/$10 for non-members, or by mail order for an additional $1.50.

Outside In/Inside Out: The Vancouver Dance Aesthetic
The Dance Centre's biennial showcase of contemporary dance, Dance In Vancouver, took place November 14-18 at Scotiabank Dance Centre and featured a packed program of performances, studio presentations, roundtables and events.
One of the highlights was the panel discussion Outside In/Inside Out: The Vancouver Dance Aesthetic, with guest panelists including Dena Davida (Tangente, Montreal), Paula Citron (The Globe and Mail) and Brian Webb (Canada Dance Festival) and moderator Stephen White (Dance Victoria).

Dance on the Road - an Introduction to touring for British Columbia Dance Artists and Companies
This handbook was produced by The Dance Centre in November 2005 to coincide with the biennial event Dance In Vancouver. You can download a copy below, or order a print copy from The Dance Centre for $3 members/$10 non-members plus $1.50 for postage and packaging.
Produced by The Dance Centre in 2003, From Vancouver to the World is a 24-page publication providing information on sixteen BC-based professional companies available for touring. Designed for presenters, promoters and producers of dance worldwide, the booklet is also useful for those with an interest in BC's dance companies.
